		<description>I agree that there needs to be ongoing support after implementation. More importantly, the system should be set up so it does the job necessary but is very simple to use. For instance, the system could be set up to where an employee sticks paper into a scanner at the end of the day and hits one button and the system does the rest of the work automatically.</description>
